A Chilling Frost
A Chilling Frost is Theater of the Seventh Sister’s Fall Fundraiser. It is part of a series of fundraisers that TSS will be holding in order to help raise money as we prepare to sign a lease-purchase agreement and take over the utilities of the Stahr Armory within the next few weeks. In 2010, we will mount a Capital Campaign to finalize the purchase and begin the necessary renovations to the building.
A Chilling Frost includes a small Silent Auction of items donated from local businesses, a reception, and a delightful performance crafted by Chris Longenecker with her husband Rich Shoup which blends poetry, storytelling, playlets. Taking place on Halloween weekend, A Chilling Frost explores complex and universal themes such as fear, grief, anger and even murder. All proceeds of the event will go directly to Theater of the Seventh Sister. A Chilling Frost will be held Friday, October 30 & Saturday, October 31 at 8:00 p.m. and Sunday, November 1 at 2:30 p.m. at the Stahr Performing Arts Center located at the Stahr Armory, 438 North Queen St. Lancaster, PA 17603.
