‘Tis the season for gift giving and Theater of the Seventh Sister is offering the community the gift of Pay-What-You-Will admission to the entire run of Dickens’ beloved classic, A Christmas Carol.  This is now the second year that TSS has given this unique gift to the community.  TSS has always offered quality theater at affordable prices and they are dedicated to making Pay-What-You-Will A Christmas Carol an annual tradition for the community.  By doing this, Theater of the Seventh Sister is providing people with the opportunity to make attending A Christmas Carol part of their family’s holiday traditions by making this delightful production affordable.

Dickens’ A Christmas Carol was first published in 1843.  This acclaimed adaptation by Gary Smith is very faithful to Dickens’ original novella and stays true to Dickens’ original language and tone.  The story is based around Ebenezer Scrooge and takes place on Christmas Eve.  Scrooge proves himself to be a thoroughly unhappy and unkind soul by chastising and scorning those who believe in charity and the spirit of Christmas.  That night, Scrooge is visited by the ghost of his dead partner, Jacob Marley, who informs Scrooge of the arrival of three spirits who will show him his life—past, present, and future–and will offer him a chance to correct his ways.  Audience members of all ages have delighted in accompanying the miserly Scrooge on his ghostly and exhilarating journey to redemption.

All unpaid reservations must be picked up by 10 minutes before the show time or they may be released and given to the next people in line, so please allow yourself enough time to travel, find downtown parking, and walk to the theater in order to keep your reservation. 

Seating is general admission–there are no reserved seats. 

All tickets must be picked up at the box office-NO tickets will be mailed.
