“Frankenstein” tells the epic story of a brilliant young scientist, Victor Frankenstein, who challenges the laws of nature and morality when he breathes life into his inanimate creature.  Faced with rejection and intolerance, the creature rebels against the world around him and vows revenge against his creator.  With earnest ballads and soaring ensemble numbers, this compelling new musical brings the suspense and romance of the classic tale to life in a faithful, yet thoroughly innovative adaptation of Mary Shelley’s ground-breaking novel.

A Christmas Carol

Written by Charles Dickens
Directed by Gary Smith

This acclaimed adaptation by Gary Smith is very faithful to Dickens’ original novella.  The story is based around Ebenezer Scrooge and takes place on Christmas Eve.  Scrooge proves himself to be a thoroughly unhappy and unkind soul by chastising and scorning those who believe in charity and the spirit of Christmas. That night, Scrooge is visited by the ghost of his dead partner, Jacob Marley, who informs Scrooge of the arrival of three spirits who will show him his life—past, present, and future–and will offer him a chance to correct his ways. Ever since the story was first published in 1843, audience members of all ages have delighted in accompanying the miserly Scrooge on his ghostly and exhilarating journey to redemption.  Come out and make this delightful and affordable production of “A Christmas Carol” part of your family’s holiday traditions!
